Dear Customers, Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. Tri-State Inspection Agency has been doing electrical inspections throughout the State of New York for over twenty five years. We provide electrical inspections for all of your residential, commercial and industrial needs including swimming pools and fire prevention as required by building departments. We serve Dutchess, Greeene, Orange, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester Counties in New York. In Pennsylvania, we serve Pike County.
We are members in good standing with the international Association of Electrical Inspectors (I.A.E.I), Fire Protection Agency (N.F.P.A), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (I.E.E.E). Electrical Construction and Maintenance (EC&M) and New York State Code Enforcement Certification.
Our Qualifications are approved by the following utility companies: NYSEG, Orange and Rockland, Niagara Mohawk, Central Hudson, Con Edison, LILCO, Metropolitan Edison, and Pennsylvania Power & Light.
Our company strides to be the best in our field. Our office is open five days a week from 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Each day between 7am-8am, an inspector is in the office taking calls. Our inspectors are on stand-by for emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are fully staffed and are ready to assist you with any special requests. Certificates of Compliance can be rushed as needed. Enclosed is our base price list. Please call our offices to have an inspector assigned to your account. If you do not have an account with Tri-State, all fees must be paid at time of service. We accept all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If paying by check, please make all checks payable to Tri-State Inspection Agency. If you would like to inquire further about setting up an account, please call the office.
